Labnets Spectrafuge 16M Microcentrifuge
 

The Spectrafuge 16 M is a high performance, brushless microcentrifuge which is priced below most brush models. The fixed angle rotor accommodates eighteen 1.5/2.0ml tubes directly or 0.5ml tubes with the supplied adapters. Operation of the centrifuge is controlled by a 1 to 30 minute timer ( or hold) and speed selection is continuously variable to 14,000 rpm (16,000 x g). A locking mechanism prevents the lid of the centrifuge from being opened while the rotor is spinning. The unit weighs 10 lbs and is 8.25in x 8.9in x 7.6in.
