Tri-directional rotation (8 rpm) assures optimal distribution of minimal amount of probe or antibody solution. The rotisserie accepts 4 standard 35 to 38 mm x 150 mm bottles or 4 standard 25 mm x 150 mm plastic tubes or bottles (not provided). Unit withstands temperatures from 4° to 65°C making it ideal for Western blots at room temperature or DNA hybridization in an incubator or oven. Bottles may be loaded or removed easily without turning off the motor.
